Meet Gloria
Gloria has been helping Central Ohio buyers and sellers since 1996. As the outgoing, people-focused half of the Cannon Home Group, she has a natural ability to connect with clients, make them feel comfortable, and keep communication clear throughout the entire process.
Her experience and knowledge of the local real estate market allow her to provide honest, practical guidance—whether a client is purchasing their first home, selling a longtime property, or deciding what move makes the most sense. Gloria has served as President of Columbus REALTORS® and was honored as both Columbus REALTORS® and Ohio REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year in 2016.
While her industry accomplishments are extensive, Gloria is most proud of the relationships she has built along the way. Her approachable personality, strong communication, and commitment to helping others have earned the trust of clients and fellow real estate professionals throughout Central Ohio.
Meet Cole
Cole brings a detail-oriented and organized approach to the Cannon Home Group, helping clients feel informed and confident from the first conversation through closing. While Gloria is the more outgoing half of the team, Cole focuses on keeping the many moving pieces of a transaction on track and making sure no detail is overlooked.
His strong understanding of contracts, negotiations, and the local market allows him to provide straightforward guidance and advocate for what matters most to each client. Cole’s dedication to real estate has earned him recognition as one of Columbus REALTORS®’ 10 Under 40 and one of the National Association of REALTORS®’ 30 Under 30.
Cole is also actively involved in the real estate industry at the local, state, and national levels. He brings the knowledge gained through those leadership roles back to his clients, combining industry experience, clear communication, and careful attention to detail to help make buying or selling a home feel more comfortable and manageable.
